Price match guarantee

We want you to feel confident buying from us. We work hard to offer competitive prices on our natural stone. If you have already received a quote for the same stone from another supplier, get in touch before you order and we will see if we can match the price.

How it works

  1. Send the quote to support@ostersjosten.se before placing your order. Tell us which of our products it concerns and the quantity you need.
  2. We check that the conditions below are met and normally get back to you within one working day.
  3. If we can match the price, we send you a price proposal or a discount code to use when you order.

Conditions

  • The same stone. The quote must cover the same type of stone from the same quarry, with the same surface finish, format, thickness and quality/grade as our product.
  • The same quantity and delivery time. The comparison applies to the same quantity and a delivery time equivalent to ours for the product.
  • Total price. We compare the total price including VAT and shipping to the same delivery address.
  • A written, current quote. The quote must be in writing, no more than 30 days old and issued by an established supplier able to deliver to your address.
  • Before ordering. A price match must be requested before the order is placed. We do not adjust prices on orders already placed.
  • Exclusions. Does not apply to auctions, private sales, bankruptcy or clearance sales, remnant lots, second-grade stone, obvious pricing errors, time-limited promotions, or member and staff prices.
  • A price match cannot be combined with other discounts or offers. We reserve the right to decide whether the quoted product is equivalent.
